Adam Rosen serves as the Director of Underwriting for Rocade Capital LLC and is responsible for collateral review and evaluation as well as litigation monitoring and strategic guidance. Adam is an experienced litigator who represented plaintiffs across the country in complex and mass tort cases involving medical device, pharmaceutical, and consumer products liability. Adam began his career clerking in federal and state court trial courts, where he helped adjudicate complex and high-value disputes. He then went into private practice at a well-known mass tort firm and worked under lead counsel to advance multidistrict litigation to bellwether trials by developing expert witnesses and passing dispositive Daubert motions. Adam received his A.B. in Government from the College of William & Mary and his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Adam also studied jurisprudence during law school as a visiting student at Magdalen College, University of Oxford. Adam is a member in good standing of both the Pennsylvania and District of Columbia Bar.
